Every year thousands and thousands of teenagers are crowding into classrooms and spilling into streets. The pattern of behaviour and trend of outlook of the present teenage population are causing anxiety and dismay to adults because they do no seem to conform to tradition. In music, dance, dress, hairstyle, nay in practically every aspect of life, they seems to break with the past and set a different pattern.Teenagers are in some respects rebels frustrated of a cause. They meet the resistance of the adult world. Sometimes, when being denied a cause, they revolt against adult authority and exhibit a tendency to defy all authority. They go on indulging in blind drinking, dancing and singing, thinking that the world of today belongs to them. They feel certain that they could fashion the world to their liking tomorrow. Some teenagers influence in reshaping policies to their liking, some teenagers develop a negative outlook drifting into their own world quite unconcerned about the changes that take place in society. Why teenagers act upon their own thoughts without considering others. Should we , teenagers be like that?!!

Final Proposal

A very good morning to my teachers and fellow friends , i would like to present a proposal entitled a haunted house theme park.

i had choose to build the haunted house theme park in China. There are of course reasons why i choose China. Although China is still among the developing countries with a relatively low per capita income, it has experienced tremendous economic growth since the late 1970s. After stagnating for two decades under the rigid authoritarianism of early communist rule, China economy now has the world's fastest growing economy. Due to that, building a haunted house theme park in China would be a beneficial project. The second point is that the popularity of China is increasing as time goes on. Every second 9 infants are born, every minute 540 infants are born and so on. Based on the statistics above, the number of teenagers in China would bloom as the years pass by and the visits to the haunted house would increase by the double of triple times. The third point is that the land availability in China. Because of the spacious land, we could purchase a land with lower charges compared to other countries. It would not only benefit us but increase the budget for other purposes.

A ghost train ride which is located in the middle of the theme park would be the main attraction of this haunted theme park. The ghost train ride replicates combinations of image drawn from the nineteenth century gothic fiction, of which Bram Stoker's Dracula and Mary Shelley's Frankenstein. Besides the, the speed of the train varies with the movements of objects during the ride to increase the anxiety and adrenalin of the participants.


The other characteristic of the theme park are the genre's of supernatural , enchantment and magics.

The shops that would be build are costume shops, souvenir shops, horror painting shop, horror toy shop and horror book shop. Fun house are also available to entertain the participants. The restaurants that are gonna be build are mainly fast food restaurants and cafés. Spooky restaurant the main restaurant which would gain fame because of its characteristics that is In this restaurant, the waiters will be using various ghost costumes to serve the customers. Besides that, this restaurant will be decorated akin to a graveyard.

On the marketing part, i would market the theme park mainly to the children. This will be help on by adding on games more towards the younger age group.

The prices that i would most likely charge for individual are rm20 per entry and the charge varies by the age of the customer. Special prices for kids age between 1-9. The charges for customers which come in groups will be , customer in group of 5 will be charge rm70. Customers in group of 10 would be charge rm180. Besides that, if your a member of the theme park, special packages are available.

Finally, the income that i expected to get on the first year is
one fifty thousand and the income increase as the times goes by
as the theme park would get its population through time.

Girlfriend

What does girlfriend actually means? The term is most commonly used to describe any female person who is in a romantic relationship with another person. Why do guys take gf's for granted? And is there really a love connection between guys and womans? Or its just lust? Do guys accept girls as one that they could manipulate and release tension and anger or someone who u share your up and downs with without exceptions ? As we know, behind every great man stands a great woman rolling her eyes. Do we (guys) take the point that womans are important in our life? Woman , in the minds of guys , are ready to flirt to and rebuke guys for their advantage. But truly, are womans in life right that? We should start stress on why we're in a relation, as in why u want to be with her/him. We could still get along as well as when we're a couple even we're still friends, what the need for us to couple? sigh. 21-01-2008 - guess im starting the blog for the jelutong guy group? feel weird writing this post..well..should continue with this post , less crapping ..Today was really a freaking hot day in school..the sun was shining so bright that make the whole class grumpy and tired..f.y.i -> i had being sleeping in d class hugging my precious bag until teacher and my classmates starts staring at me with their large big eyes ..guess its cause of this commotion while i heard when im sleeping ..(teacher speaking) : " mengapakah kamu asyik pegang bag kamu? bag saya yang lebih mahal berkali-ganda i juga tidak pegangnya, hanya letak di meja" sigh...and she thought im holding my bag cause i treasure it so much but im hugging it jus to sleep ..wtf? she should get some lesson from us (teenagers) bout why we're hugging the bag for ..!
